Fraser Valuers are an independent local firm with offices in Chinchilla, Wandoan & Toowoomba, specialising in all facets of valuations since 1987. Further to our main offices, we have valuers based in multiple locations within the service area including Glenmorgan and Goondiwindi. This provides us with an edge over competitors by having locally based professionals with local knowledge and being truly independent. Our firm prides itself through the provision of a courteous, confidential, un-biased, professional service substantiated by a vast knowledge and understanding of the region.

We hold panel appointments for a large majority of the major lending institutions as well as for a number of smaller institutions. We have ongoing relationships with accounting and legal entities, to satisfy client requirements with regards to court and taxation purposes. We also welcome private clients to discuss their varied requirements.

Fraser Valuers has been in operation since 1987, with more recently Rob Fraser taking over ownership from Malcolm Fraser whom originally establish and ran the business for over 30 years. Malcolm is still an integral part of the team providing vast and invaluable experience.

In early 2017, Fraser Valuers purchased pre existing business known as Bill Johnson Real Estate. This enables Fraser Valuers to now have a physical presence in Toowoomba and to provide previous and new clients with the same courteous, confidential, un-biased and professional services that we at Fraser Valuers are renowned for.

Since 1987 Fraser Valuers have studied the economic and social aspects of the South West region and as an indication of our experience within this region our files indicate that we have performed in excess of 16,500 residential, rural and commercial valuations covering an area larger than the state of Victoria.

We have developed comprehensive in-house databases of current and historical property transactions together with rental schedules for all the main centres within our areas of operation. We also have a substantial file database, accumulated over time, on commercial and industrial property, including extensive data in relation to the hospitality and tourism industry, as well as rural property including irrigation, grazing and farming enterprises.

Fraser Valuers have embraced the advances in technology enabling us access to our own cloud based data centre anywhere that phone service or internet connection is available. We pride ourselves on having the most recent digital mapping dataset and software, facilitating more accurate mapping and analysis of rural and commercial properties when valuing. The implementation of GPS and laser measuring devices for on site inspections is also utilised minimising inspection time and any inaccuracies.
